You can count on us for friendly, local service. An Oahu-based cleaning company that is dedicated to serving both households and small businesses (commercial).


In our island culture, we are accustomed to showing hospitality to strangers, as we would our family and friends. Clearly, we understand the importance of our people, our customers. Going above and beyond is natural for us and we want to take care of your space.


Our services include Regular cleanings on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly basis. Deep cleaning for both initial and one time cleanings, as well as a Move Out/In also known as end of tenancy cleaning.


When it comes to cleaning, we think it should be the same as when it comes to cooking with love. At our company, love is evident from the very first wipe!

Basic Clean

Things that you would do on a daily or weekly basis are included in "basic cleaning." The purpose of a basic cleaning is to assist in maintaining a certain level of cleanliness throughout your home. It works best for regular cleanings. If you currently maintain your home's cleanliness, this would be suitable for you. If you select basic and it needs a deep clean, price will increase.

Deep Clean

For homes that have not been maintained for more than three months, "deep cleaning" is best. The deep dirt and grime in your home can be removed with a deep cleaning service. For first-time or one-time cleaning services, it is recommended . It includes a lot more than just the routine cleaning! Please remember that this service takes longer than a standard cleaning. You cannot select Deep Clean for move outs.

"end of tenancy"

A "move-out cleaning" service is offered to tenants and homeowners who are leaving their residence or selling it. It is a total service from top to bottom! Deep cleaning, regular cleaning, and more! If an end-of-tenancy checklist is provided, be sure to share it with us when making the reservation. *Space must be empty; no furniture or miscellaneous things in the way.

It is far essential for our customers to understand what their selection entails, prior to their appointment.

Laundry


Our cleaners do not provide personal laundry service. One load of bed linens and towels if the washer/dryer is included for deep cleaning.

Washer and dryer must be on site.



Washing of Blinds


Our cleaners will be happy to provide dusting and wiping of the blinds. Our house cleaners cannot scrub, or clean blinds as it may

be very time consuming depending on their condition. Or it may damage blinds depending on its type.



Cleaning of Pets & Bodily Fluids


Exposure to urine, feces, and another bodily fluids may be a health chance.

Regrettably for this reason this isn't included.



Outside Area


Our cleaners do not clean any outside areas.



Carpet Cleaning


If you need your carpet, rugs, and/or upholstery cleaned. We'll be happy to send you a referral.


Exterior Windows


Our cleaners do not clean exterior windows. We'll be happy to send you a referral.



Moving of Furniture


To avoid accidents and injuries we advise our cleaners to not relocate furniture as this is not our scope of work.

While we love servicing our customers, there's just some things we are not equipped or authorized to do at this time.

FAQs

How do I prep for my appointment?

We kindly ask that you remove any toys, clothes, miscellaneous items prior to our arrival so we can focus on dirt, grime, and dust. If you prefer your own cleaning products or equipment, please give us a heads up when you submit a request.

When is payment due?

Payment is due in full on the day of the job and when the job is complete.


do you accept credit card?

Yes, we accept Cash, Check, and Credit Cards,

Apple Pay, Cashapp, and Venmo.

Can I cancel/reschedule?

***Must Give a Two Day Notice ***

When you make an appointment with us a time slot is reserved for you and we turn away other potential customers with the intention to confirm your appointment. Cancellation fee/Lockout fee is $50.

do you require a Deposit?

We require $25 deposit for all appointments to confirm booking.

are your cleaners trustworthy?

Of course! Cleaners are background checked both federally and state-wide. You're in good hands!

When will you arrive to clean my home?

We give 1-2 hour time windows in which cleaners may arrive. We never promise a specific time as prior cleanings may take longer and other occurrences out of our control. Such as bad weather, car accidents, road closures, etc. In a rare occasion that we are late, our cleaners will call and text to inform you.

Do i have to stay for the duration of my appointment?

Although we love to meet customers in person, it is not required. You will receive "after" photos with your invoice once the job is complete. You will be prompted to sign the invoice to confirm satisfaction.

Do you guarantee satisfaction?

We do not guarantee money back, but If you are displeased with our services send us an email within 24 hours of your date of service. We will be happy to re-clean the area with no extra cost. We ask for honesty, as we've had customers deliberately mess up their room to gain back profits.
